Mini Egg Nests: Our classic vanilla sponge filled with Belgian chocolate ganache, topped with pastel blue, pink or yellow vanilla buttercream with a Belgian chocolate splatter. Decorated with a cornflake & Belgian chocolate nest, filled with mini eggs. Carrot & Walnut: Undoubtably one of our most flavoursome sponges. Cinnamon, carrot & chunky crushed walnuts mixed into an ultra moist sponge. Topped with a cream cheese frosting & decorated with an edible carrot decoration. Chocolate Creme Egg Fudge: Moist chocolate fudge sponge indulgently filled with Belgian chocolate ganache. Piped with chocolate buttercream. Topped with a piece of sliced Cadbury's creme egg, drizzled with chocolate sauce.
